Future Local is a pop up kitchen concept, which offers
regional farmers a platform to promote their products
in a new way at the local market.
Vegetable boxes, redesigned as borrowed building
elements, are the foundation of the Pop Up.

Constructive add-ons create two functional cooking modules that form a self-sufficient kitchen. Seating and tables were designed inspired by an open source design. The complete kitchen fits into a van when folded.
